Miramar College Biotechnology Program Partners with the following Programs:

Biocom Institute Life Science Young Leaders High School Internship Program
A paid internship opportunity for students in San Diego County (ages 16 to graduating seniors) interested in gaining experience in a life science company or a research institution setting. 
Southern California Biotechnology Center @ Miramar College
The Southern California Biotechnology Center @ Miramar College is an Economic and Workforce Development Initiative of the California Community Colleges. This center works with the community colleges to prepare students to serve the workforce needs of the Biotechnology industry.

High School Articulation Programs for Students Interested in Earning College Credit

Miramar College has articulation agreements in place with the San Diego Unified School District and Poway Unified School District. These agreements allow high school students to earn college credit for their high school classes.
